For years, leftists have called to abolish ‘cultural appropriation,’ where whites are discouraged from ‘adopting’ the cultures of minorities they supposedly oppressed. But apparently, the same standards aren’t held both ways due to the lack of outrage on Muslims adopting “In God We Trust” from American Christianity.

Muslims in the United States, seeking to empathize the similarities of Christianity in order to appear more mainstream, have pushed for the belief that Christians and Muslims worship the same God, despite substantial differences between the two religions. But due to monotheism, those Muslims argue that it is appropriate for them to use the word ‘God’ instead of ‘Allah,’ which means ‘God’ in Arabic.

Barak Saleh, who is a activist in the Muslim Student Association, asks “why can’t we use the word ‘God’? If you translate from Arabic to English, why would we translate every word except ‘Allah’?”

While the translation issue can certainly seem ‘incomplete’ if a major word isn’t translated, it appears that the motivation is more political.

“Using the same word for God will bring us closer to the moderates, and piss off the alt-right, which is also good,” explained Saleh, although the term ‘alt-right’ is frequently overused as a blanket term to describe anyone who doesn’t conform to liberal standards.

And instead of just using the word ‘God,’ Muslim Americans have taken a step further of using the entire phrase “In God We Trust.”

“I have to admit, “In God We Trust” works better for us Muslims since we’re more devout,” he boasted, “we are required to pray five times a day so it does show how much more trust we have in God.”

Ahmed Wali, an radical imam in Dearborn, Michigan, took a step further by stating that Christians lack trust in God since they cannot “produce as many loyal jihadists for God as Islam can.”

However, in the era of terror attacks, human rights violations, and rapid migration coming from the Middle East, many are questioning whether Muslims are right to be devout to Allah.

But radical Muslims ignore their lack of prosperity compared to the West that attracts many Islamic migrants and choose to remain defiant, claiming that the proof of higher birth rates in Muslim-majority nations is taken as a “sign that Islam is on the path of righteousness.”

“We out-breed the Christian West, immigrate to their nations, and the rest is history”, says Wali. He may be unfortunately right no-go zones have quickly sprung up through-out the West.

Recently, terrorist groups, most notably the Islamic State and al-Qaeda, have called for Muslims living in the West to launch terrorist attacks. And likewise, those terrorists in the Middle East have appropriated the word ‘God’ instead of ‘Allah’ to appear more mainstream so they convert ‘infidels’ into jihadists.

But despite cultural appropriation reaching a dangerous level, where lives and national security are at stake, they have chosen to remain silent and adhere to their double standards.
