Leftist Says Potty Training is First Step of ‘Gender Indoctrination’

Potty training is what makes humans civilized, or in eyes of extreme leftists, “civilized”. But the facts are clear: training humans not to spray urine and feces everywhere instinctively has prevented many diseases and infections worldwide. It’s not an exaggeration to say that such a simple, yet effective idea has done much for improve the quality of life for mankind, more than virtually anything else.

But to the radical left, it’s a shame that our ancestors neglected gender studies when they focused too much on improving hygiene and eliminating disease.

“When toddlers are taught to urinate according to their assigned gender at birth, that’s the first step of gender indoctrination,” said Ash, a LGBT college student who doesn’t want to reveal her last name since she is applying for jobs.

Ash is a AMAB, which stands for ‘Assigned Male at Birth’, but now identifies as female. She claims to have been “confused” about how to urinate since age 7.

“It just didn’t feel right,” she shrugged, “the posture, the flow, everything.”

To adjust, she’s gotten gender reassignment surgery, which has also helped her transition in other areas of life.

“The first step of potty is going into the restroom,” she explained, “discrimination starts there since people will judge you if you don’t appear gender appropriate enough to enter the restroom of your choice.”

In the women’s restroom, Ash claimed that females often looked defensive around her, especially mothers with daughters, and that some women even called her ‘caveman’ for looking too hairy.

Reflecting on the name-calling, Ash said that her transitional experience taught her that the “biggest difference between genders is where society say its okay to have hair: for women, it’s long hair on the head, and for men, it’s everywhere else.”

“I had to re-learn potty due to surgery and un-brainwash myself from all the training and societal expectations,” Ash said.

“At first, I would avoid the women’s room in public places like malls,” she said, “but now I feel empowered.”

But are restrooms really a place where people can excerise their empowerment over others?

Perhaps someone will be able to find a gender-neutral way of using existing restrooms that will bring true equality?

Ash’s ‘true equality’ solution is to let people discover how they want to use the relief themselves, without being judged. That sounds nice, but effectively means sacrificing potty training for all the diseases and infections caused by feces and urine lying around carelessly.

In India, the government hopes to just build enough toilets for citizens and making sure that they make a habit of using them. Meanwhile in the much more luxurious West, the much-envied bathrooms and potty training are rejected by LGBT radicals as ‘gender indoctrination.’
