Reverse discrimination, or affectionately called “affirmative action”, has been affecting school employees as much as its students. And now, three white female New York City school administrators are suing the Department of Education for compensatory damages, emotional pain and suffering, as well as lost wages.
The plaintiffs are Lois Herrera, Jaye Murray, and Laura Feijoo, and they are seeking $90 million. Their lawsuit in the state of New York’s Supreme Court states that thanks to “Carranza’s leadership, [the Department of Education] has swiftly and irrevocably silenced, sidelined and punished plaintiffs and other Caucasian female DOE employees on the basis of their race, gender and unwillingness to accept their other colleagues’ hateful stereotypes about them.”
Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza, according to the women, is responsible for creating this discriminatory environment. He is the son of Mexican immigrants and was previously in charge of the San Francisco Unified School District, where he was hostile to women. But that didn’t stop him from being appointed as School Chancellor by NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, who also supported him in this lawsuit.
Carranza apparently also ran the NYC schools like Maduro’s personal dictatorship, allegedly stating that “[i]f you draw a paycheck from DOE … get on board with my equity platform or leave.” Nicholas Maduro is the dictator of Venezuela, where pro-leftist discrimination is rampant.

Thus and unfortunately, Plaintiff Herrera’s 33 years of solid performance didn’t save her from being white. She was told to “recognize that values of white culture are supremacist”, “take a step back and yield to colleagues of color”, and that “‘white middle class values’ that were plaguing society.” Even worse, she was demoted for an African-American man who took her position without even interviewing.
Likewise, Plaintiff Murray suffered as well, despite her 13 years of lengthy experience. Because her biggest crime was being from the wealthy white suburb, she had to view a “professional development video” and PowerPoints, all of which are essentially propaganda blaming the proliferation of white suburbs for black poverty. Moreover, despite having no attendance issues, she had to report to work every half-hours to her new African-American bosses. Finally, in the ironic spirit of Carranza’s epic diversity regime, she was also discriminated for having a disability.

Finally, Feljoo was a supervising superintendent with over 30 years of educational experience. By now, it’s unsurprising to hear that she was rejected for a promotion in favor of an African-American women. Even more humiliating that the black women went through a quick, little “training period” so that she can be rushed to get a license. However, that’s still good enough of Carranza’s standards, who called them “extremely-well qualified individuals who at any moment could get tapped to lead their own school system anywhere across this country.” Afterwards, the new black woman boss ruthlessly purged all the white employees, further dumping Feljoo down the ranks.
Nonetheless, Carranza remains merciless, calling the anti-white discrimination “absolutely not true.” He further defended himself by stating that “[t]he children in New York City – 70% of whom are black and brown children – get to see senior level administrators that look like them. What’s wrong with that?“
Wait, did he just claim that all black and brown people look alike? Oops, looks like the champion of “reverse racism” is racist himself.
