Does you find my title discriminatory, offense, ‘race-baiting’, ‘hate-mongering’, or all of the above?
If so, I find you to be ignorant, uneducated, and overly sensitive. Why?
Simply because Islam is a religion, not a race. Leftists, don’t argue with me if you can’t understand something as basic as that.
Race is something we don’t choose, despite what Rachel Dolezal, an social justice warrior from the NAACP, says. Race something we’re born into, it’s a fixed trait of ours.

The difference is that religion, as difficult as it is to change your affiliation with it, especially in nations with Sharia law, is still possible to change. Many Muslims born in nations where citizens are required to Muslims, such as Saudi Arabia, secretly convert to atheism and Christianity. Yes, Islam can forbid people from leaving the sect and even enforce it with death, but the existence of secret non-believers, or ‘infidels’ means that’s not an excuse to mentally bound yourself to it.
Because as difficult as it is sometimes, we can choose which religion to belong to. I’m not saying to condemn all Muslims for choosing Islam and nor am I accusing them all of terrorism, but if you choose to be part of a religion that has a world-wide reputation for terrorism, you better bear the consequences of it. It’s called taking responsibility.
And I understand being lumped in with bad people. I’ve previously worked in sales for 15 years, and the stereotype of a used car salesmen and insurance salesmen motivated me to be more employable for a more reputable career. I changed not just my job but my entire career path, an essential part of identity, personality, and the ability to survive and retire. It wasn’t easy, but change isn’t impossible if you really want it. If I can change my future for the better, then I believe Muslims can do.
And I’m lumped into another group of people, but this time with no way out: being born into a race. I didn’t choose to be white, but sometimes people already decided that I should be held accountable for slavery because of the fact that my ancestors probably owned slaves.

Again, the difference is that I’m biologically tied to my race while Muslims mentally tied to Islam. Race doesn’t change unless gene editing gets really technologically advanced while changing religion is mostly a psychological hurdle. Don’t just any excuses not to change.
But what if you want to remain a faithful Muslim? That’s fine, that alone doesn’t bother me, but just don’t ask me to sugarcoat the reputation and image of Islam for your benefit, especially if you continue to vilify my race and heritage.
